Will this replace how I currently ask for reviews?
Yes — and it’s far more effective. Instead of manually reminding customers, our system sends a personalized review request at the perfect time: right after a job is marked “DONE” in your calendar, after first making sure no previous review requests have been sent to the customer.
What is required by me for this to work?
All that’s required is for you to add the word DONE anywhere in your calendar events title or description and also include the customer phone number anywhere in that same events title or description. The AI then automatically checks the number against previously sent review requests to make sure it’s a new customer and then sends a request by SMS for you.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Only allowing customers who leave good feedback to post a review (so called Review Gating) goes against Googles policy but as seen in the review form showcased in our demo video, we always include a direct review link option above the form, discreet but available for everyone. This solution has been confirmed by a Google Platinum Product Expert to adhear to Googles policy.
What if I don't use Google calendar or forget to mark jobs as DONE?
No worries — we have a simple to follow guide on how you can sync any existing calendar, be it an online calendar such as Outlook, or an offline calendar in say your phone. Marking jobs as “DONE” quickly becomes a natural part of your workflow, much more so than manually sending review requests after each job.
What happens if someone leaves a bad review?
If someone isn’t fully happy, our smart review form usually catches it before it ever hits Google — meaning you get their comments privately, in your business email inbox rather than any negative feedback being posted publicly.
Can I customize the review request messages?
Sure — although we already have tested scripts that are proven to perform, feel free to leave any suggestions or wishes in the comments field when signing up or email us at any time for any changes you want done. We’re very quick at reading and answering emails.
How soon will I see results?
Many clients start seeing new reviews within the first 48 hours — especially if you have a list of past customers for us to run the initial campaign with. Most hit 30–50 reviews in the first week.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Nope! We are easy to work with, you choose between month to month or yearly!
How do you handle customer data and privacy?
We prioritizes customer data privacy and follow strict security measures. We never use the customer data for anything besides reaching out to request reviews on your behalf. We never share or sell any customer information!
