Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Bryndorf. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Bryndorf provides automated missed-call text-back and AI-powered lead engagement services, designed to help your business capture, engage, and convert inbound leads more effectively.
The services include:
- Immediate missed-call text-back messages.
- AI-driven conversation flows to qualify and engage leads.
- Lead delivery and basic reporting on engagement metrics.
Any additional or custom services must be agreed upon separately in writing.
2. Payment Terms
By subscribing, you agree to pay the advertised monthly fee as shown at checkout.
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless cancelled.
- Payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Bryndorf reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Bryndorf or using your customer account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after that point.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to experience the value of Bryndorf with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. To be eligible, your request must be submitted in writing within the 30-day period. This guarantee applies only to your first, full-price subscription payment and does not apply to any discounted or promotional pricing.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Bryndorf does not guarantee specific sales outcomes or revenue increases.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our service.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that any messaging complies with local laws, including privacy and marketing regulations.
6. Marketing Use
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you grant Bryndorf permission to reference your company’s name and logo in our marketing materials as a client.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
The company providing these services may undergo name changes, restructuring, or ownership transfers without affecting the validity or enforceability of this agreement. Your obligations and our service commitments under this agreement will continue uninterrupted regardless of such changes.
9. Entire Agreement
By subscribing, you acknowledge that this agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Bryndorf regarding the services and supersedes prior agreements.
Bryndorf reserves the right to reasonably update or modify this agreement at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices. In such cases, we will provide notice via email or on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
