Welcome to Bryndorf. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Google Automation plugin and related services provided by Bryndorf (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at https://bryndorf.com. By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 

1. Use of the Service

The Bryndorf Review AI and associated tools allow you to connect your Google account for automation tasks such as monitoring Google Calendar events and managing Google Business Profile reviews. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if younger.

  • Provide accurate information when registering or connecting accounts.

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Google’s Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).

  • Not interfere with or misuse the Service or reverse-engineer our plugin or integrations.

 

2. Account and Authentication

Our plugin uses OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate your Google account, including Google Calendar and Google Business Profile. To maintain security:

  • You are responsible for managing your Google credentials.

  • You must not share your authentication token or login details with unauthorized parties.

  • Notify us immediately at support@bryndorf.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

 

3. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed upon. You are billed automatically each billing cycle via Stripe. Cancellation can be requested at any time, with termination taking effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available under our 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to fair use and one-time eligibility.

 

4. Affiliate Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Essential cookies for site functionality.

  • Analytics cookies to improve our services.

  • Affiliate tracking cookies to credit referrals. These persist for up to 30 days after clicking a partner link.

We use Meta Pixel to track user interactions, such as page views, checkout initiations, and purchases, to measure the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and improve our services. Additionally, when you initiate a checkout, we set a temporary cookie that stores non-personal data, such as referral and tracking identifiers, for 24 hours to facilitate the checkout process and affiliate tracking. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and technology associated with Bryndorf services are the exclusive property of Bryndorf. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any material without written permission.

 

6. Service Continuity and Company Restructuring

Your active subscription and rights to use the Service will remain uninterrupted and valid even in the event of changes to our business structure, ownership, or internal operations. Bryndorf may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without affecting your access or service continuity.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Bryndorf provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or errors caused by Google APIs or third-party tools (e.g., Zapier).

  • Account misconfigurations, delays, or data loss caused by client misuse.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages beyond the value of your most recent subscription payment.

 

8.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel anytime through your Stripe account or by emailing support@bryndorf.com. Account access and automation will cease upon cancellation.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Sweden, unless alternative arrangements are required by local law.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and emailed to active users 30 days before becoming effective. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
